About this policy

This policy explains how Inline Intelligence FZCO (“Inline”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit inlinehq.com or contact us. It covers this informational website and business enquiries.

Ari is under development. There is currently no active Ari trial or live product service available through this website. Product examples are illustrative. Visiting the site does not connect your WhatsApp, email, calendar, CRM, or property accounts.

Information you share with us

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and enquiry. Emails may include attachments and message metadata. We use this information to respond and manage the resulting business correspondence.

The website has no registration, payment facility, or submission form. Its editable demonstration reply is processed locally in your browser by our demonstration code; that code does not send the text to Inline or an AI provider. Please do not enter confidential client information into demonstrations or send sensitive documents unless needed for an agreed purpose.

Technical information and hosting

When your browser requests a page or file, technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and referring page where supplied is made available to the services delivering the website. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, may maintain access and security logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

GoDaddy currently also inserts a performance-measurement script. GoDaddy describes its Real User Metrics programme as measuring information such as connection and page-load times. We have not configured Google Analytics or a separate visitor-analytics service.

Fonts, maps, and cookies

We use Google Fonts. Your browser requests font files from Google, making technical request information, including your IP address, available to Google.

The embedded Google Map on our Contact page loads only when you select “View map”. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies and other technologies under its own policies and settings. You can contact us without opening the map. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google’s service.

Our hosting provider’s measurement code operates separately from the website demonstrations. This website should not be assumed to be free of cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies and third-party content through your browser; blocking them may affect embedded features.

How information is used and shared

We use information to deliver and secure the website, investigate technical issues, respond to enquiries, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Providers supporting hosting and business communications may handle information for those purposes. Google receives information when its font or map services are requested.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. We handle information under the legal basis applicable to the activity, including responding to steps you request before a business arrangement, meeting legal obligations, or consent where required. Simply visiting the website is not blanket consent to unrelated processing or marketing.

Where information is processed

Inline is based in the UAE. Our current GoDaddy hosting account uses its Europe region. Hosting, communications, and external service providers may also process information in other countries. A hosting-region setting does not mean that all processing or support takes place there. International processing is subject to the requirements and safeguards applicable to the relevant activity.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information according to the purpose of the correspondence, whether the enquiry remains active, any resulting business relationship, and applicable record-keeping or dispute-related requirements. Technical records and backups are also subject to the relevant service provider’s retention arrangements. A deletion request may not immediately remove copies from every backup, or records that must lawfully be retained.

The website uses HTTPS to protect traffic in transit. No website, email, or other communications service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Legal conditions and exceptions may apply. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing based on that consent.

Contact sales@inlinehq.com to make a request or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any lawful limitations. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority where that right applies.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website practices change and show the revised effective date. A future Ari service will have privacy information describing its actual data processing before it becomes available. This website policy does not describe or authorise processing through a future product.
